Fontaine – Creative Hub & Theater | WIP

We are delighted to contribute to the restoration of the remarkable performance hall of Fontaine-l’Evêque. In collaboration with Level Architects and DTS, we have designed a comprehensive rehabilitation project for this historic building, which had been unused for several years.

Renowned throughout the region for its exceptional acoustics, the theatre is being carefully restored with the utmost respect for its heritage. Original features like travertine and terrazzo finishes, sculptural vertical light coves and intricate ceiling details are being meticulously preserved.

To enrich the building’s function, the program has been thoughtfully updated to include a coworking space and a cafeteria on the ground floor, extending onto a sheltered outdoor terrace.
With structural works now underway, a new chapter is beginning for this emblematic venue, and we look forward to sharing the completed project very soon.
