Argan, Dolce La Hulpe 1000 m² restaurant, offers an immersive food experience in the heart of the Sonian Forest. In this large project, opening the kitchen and defining different zones in the space was instrumental. A modular area can accommodate meetings and corporate events while more intimate settings invite guests to experiment the forest in a different way.

A curved bar articulates the space : from brunch station to cocktail bar, customers enjoy it throughout the day. Inspired by the restaurant’s surroundings, we wanted to give a lush and verdant feel to the space : we selected an array of natural materials such as Indian marble, muted hexagonal ceramic tiles and wood. The metallic entrance door pattern, the wood pannel layouts and the tailor-made light installations are reminiscent of a dense vegetal world, reinforced by the panoramic view on the forest.
